East Lennox & Addington OPP Detachment Board

That the minutes of the April 24, 2025 meeting be adopted as circulated.

That the presentation from Provincial Constable Martyn Curran Community Engagement Officer on the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) be received.

That the Board's discussion on the OAPSB Zone 2 Meeting in Hawkesbury on September 19, 2025 be received; and That Jessica Jones and Tina Marie Chamberlain be authorized to attend the OAPSB Zone 2 Meeting in Hawkesbury on September 19, 2025.

That the Board enact By-law 2025-2 a by-law to govern the conduct, duties and responsibilities of its members and the calling of meetings.

That the Chair and Secretary be authorized to execute any documents and agreements required for the Detachment Board Insurance Renewal.

That the draft 2026 Operating Budget be approved be circulated; That any unspent funds from the 2025 Budget be transferred to Reserves; and That the Board direct the Board Secretary to forward the approved 2026 Board Budget to the partner municipalities for inclusion into their 2026 Municipal Budget.

That the Board refer the comments provided at this meeting to the Board Secretary for consideration and inclusion into the Disclosure of Misconduct and Conflict of Interest Policy; and That the revised Policy be brought to the next Board meeting for adoption.

That the Board's discussion about procedures for receiving public policing requests be received.

That the meeting now adjourn at 7:17 p.m.
