1. That the report from the Development Services Division, dated June 25, 2026 re: Heritage Grant Application - 367 Academy St., Bath, be received; 2. That Council approve the Heritage Grant as outlined in the application, that the approval be subject to the following conditions: a. The eavestroughs and downspouts will be white to match the existing eavestroughs and fastened in the same manner, b. The work must be completed within two years from the date of approval, and c. Any amount granted must be matched by the owner(s); and 3. That Council approve the installation of a Heritage Plaque on the property in accordance with the Terms of the Heritage Grant application.
