W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre Renewal Fundraising Committee

That the agenda of the January 22, 2025 meeting of the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre Renewal Fundraising Committee be confirmed as circulated.

That the minutes of the January 7, 2025 meeting of the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre Renewal Fundraising Committee be adopted as circulated.

That the Committee recommend that Council adopt the updated Terms of Reference for the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre Renewal Fundraising Committee.

That the Committee adopt the Terms of Reference for the Campaign Cabinet (Working Group).

That the Committee recommends that the Case Statement be finalized and that Council approve the Case Statement and; That the Committee recommends to Council that the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre be renamed to the W.J. Henderson Community Centre.

That the Committee approve the Rationale and Approach to Donor Recognition.

That John Armitage be appointed as the Chair of the Campaign Cabinet; and That other members of the Campaign Cabinet be recruited under the discretion of the CAO and Campaign Cabinet Chair.
