That the agenda of the November 3, 2025 Committee of Adjustment meeting be confirmed as circulated.

That the minutes of the October 6, 2025 Committee of Adjustment meeting be adopted as circulated.

That the report from the Development Services Division, dated November 3, 2025 re:4621 Bath Road- Brookland Fine Homes - Severance, Entrance Easement and Sanitary Easement be received; That the application D10-011-2024 affecting the subject property is described as Part Lot 35 Concession Broken Front Ernestown, Part 1 29R-2470; Together within an Easement over part of Block 25 Plan 29M28,Part 13 29R- 10055 and all of Block 30 Plan 29M36 as in LX47768;In Loyalist Township; in the County of Lennox and Addington, and more particularly located at 4621 Bath Road in Amherstview, be approved, subjected to the following conditions: 1.The applicant or owner shall satisfy all conditions of this approval within two years of the giving of this notice in accordance with Section 53(41) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, and that the Certificate of Consent be registered within two years from the date of issuance, otherwise the consent will be deemed to have lapsed pursuant to Section 53(43) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended. 2.The applicant or their solicitor shall prepare and submit to the Corporation of Loyalist Township, a transfer or such other required form of document necessary to implement the consent, including Form 1, Form 2, Form 3 or Form 4, as applicable, prescribed by Ontario Regulation 197-96, for endorsement by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment for the municipality. 3.
