That the report from the CAO dated December 4, 2023 re: 2024-2027 Strategic Plan be received; and that 1. Council provide comments with respect to the draft which will be circulated for public comment; and 2. Council provide direction to staff to report back regarding any committees they wish to see established arising out of the Strategic Plan.
